How much does it cost? The specific price varies based on weekday and hours requested. We do not charge a fee for room rental in lieu of a minimum spend on food and drink. Weekdays (Monday - Thursday) have a $150/hour minimum spend, and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) have a $250/hour minimum spend, plus a 20% gratuity.
For groups over 25 we have a $125 extra staff fee, and there's an additional hourly fee if you want your party to start before our winey closes for the day. For a detailed breakdown on fees, please contact the Event Coordinator.
What is provided? We provide tables, chairs, glassware (for wine), paper plates, disposable cups for water, and cutlery. You will need to bring table cloths (if desired), table decorations, and alternate disposable dishes if you do not want paper.
Can I bring decorations? Yes! You are welcome to bring decorations. Please refrain from confetti, glitter, glitter balloons, confetti, or ceiling draping, or anything that will damage the walls. In general, you will be able to access your space 30 minutes before your event begins. If you need more time, you may rent the space for an additional hour.
Can we bring in alcohol? No, you are not allowed to bring in alcohol. All wine, beer, and spirits must be purchased from the winery. We carry a small variety of beers and are able to special-order in some of your favorites.
Can we bring in food? We have a full kitchen and are able to provide stone-fired pizza, flatbreads, and appetizers to our guests, and outside food is not allowed. We will also work with you to select desserts, You may bring in cake. Winery staff will cut your cake for $100 fee.
