Recipe: Serenity Milkshakes

This weekend - February 11 and 12 - we will be serving sweetheart milkshakes made with our very own Serenity dessert wine. We've been testing the recipe all week and have finally dialed in the final recipe. Pick up a bottle of this raspberry-chocolate wine and make your own decadent dessert!

The Recipe: Serenity Milkshake

Ingredients for one serving:

• 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (any quality)
• 2 scoops of premium French Vanilla ice cream
• 1/3 cup of Eagles Landing Serenity wine
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions:
Blend ice cream and wine. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, add any embellishments - and enjoy!

Notes:

• Ice cream quality matters in this recipe. While you can use any kind of vanilla ice cream, we found in our testing that ice creams with higher fat contents needed more wine to reach our desired consistency. Mixing two different ice creams achieved the right consistency and volume for us.
• Be creative! Drizzle chocolate syrup in the glass before you fill it - or add a chocolate candy heart to the top.
