Valentine's Milkshakes are back!

Stop into the winery during February for one of these decadent treats! Here's the recipe for you to make this at home.

We'll be serving Valentine's Milkshakes on these dates this month: February 9-10, February 14, and February 16-17.

The Recipe: Valentine's Milkshake

Ingredients for one serving:

• 3 small scoops of vanilla ice cream (any quality)
• 2 small scoops of premium French Vanilla ice cream
• 1/3 cup of Eagles Landing dessert wine (Serenity or Autumn Splendor) 
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions:
Blend ice cream and wine. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, add any embellishments - and enjoy!

Notes:

• Ice cream quality matters in this recipe. While you can use any kind of vanilla ice cream, we found in our testing that ice creams with higher fat contents needed more wine to reach our desired consistency. Mixing two different ice creams achieved the right consistency and volume for us.
• Be creative! Drizzle chocolate syrup in the glass before you fill it - or add a chocolate candy heart to the top.
